In this role, you will help shape the future of Costa's commercial platforms, acting as the bridge between international markets, commercial stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. You will support the evolution of strategic platforms such as Costa Extra, Web Affiliation solutions, and the future Common Reservation System,



ensuring they effectively support business growth and deliver value to our trade partners.
Business Requirement Management & Market Engagement You will work closely with Sales Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Contact Center representatives, and stakeholders across multiple international markets to collect, understand, and prioritize business needs. Acting as a trusted partner, you will identify opportunities for platform improvement and help transform market requirements into actionable solutions.
Digital Platforms Evolution & Continuous Improvement You will support the evolution of Costa's key commercial platforms, including Costa Extra, our B2B portal for Travel Agencies, Web Affiliation solutions enabling API-based integrations with distribution partners, and the future Common Reservation System, which will support the evolution of the booking experience across Trade and Customer Center channels.
