With that growth comes a responsibility to ensure every employee concern is handled fairly, thoroughly, and with integrity.We're looking for a Senior Workplace Investigations Manager to lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations across our Australian Operations network.

This is a brand new role for Australia, giving you the opportunity to build the function from the ground up, establish best practice frameworks, and define how workplace investigations are conducted across the country.You will be the primary investigator for Australia, taking ownership of highly sensitive and ambiguous cases that carry significant business, legal, and reputational implications.You'll work independently from intake to closure, conducting interviews,



analysing evidence, producing comprehensive reports, and recommending outcomes.

You'll also partner closely with global ER peers, field PXT partners, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure investigations are intentional, thorough, and aligned with both company policy and Australian employment law.This isn't just about resolving individual cases.
