Role Description The Commercial Agent role is a contract position based in Tokyo with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and commercial partners,



and promoting Dureza’s tile collections in the local market. The Commercial Agent will conduct market research, prepare sales presentations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms within established guidelines, and support customers throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves coordinating product training sessions, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Real Estate-related commercial skills, with the ability to build and manage pipelines and close deals in construction, interiors, or building materials sectors.
Customer Service and Training skills to support partners and clients, handle inquiries professionally, and deliver product knowledge sessions when required.
