Purpose of the position: As Legal Advisor, you will be part of the General Counsel and Company Affairs Function providing support in the Execution Phase within Infrastructure projects based in Firenze (Consorzio Florentia).
How can you support us?
Manage and coordinate specialist legal assistance in project-related legal matters, with a particular focus on public procurement law (D. Lgs 36/2023), corporate law, D. Lgs 231/2001 compliance, anti-mafia regulations and relationships with authorities.
Provide legal assistance services and advice, including the handling of litigations and other proceedings, in coordination with external counsels and/or the Contract Management team.
Provide legal assistance and company secretarial support, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements and managing the Consortium’s corporate affairs, including Board and Shareholders’ Meeting activities.
Support the Contract Management team in handling the Collegio Consultivo Tecnico (CCT) related to the project.
Supervise the signature and implementation of the Protocollo di Legalità, managing critical aspects and interpretative issues in collaboration with the Contract Management team.
What are we looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in Law
Background: Relevant experience in legal support to infrastructure projects.
Languages: English language proficiency (C-1)
Nice to have: Admission to the Italian
