Responsibilities

Facilitate problem solving methodology

Reporting quality performance used for initiating improvement activities

Involvement in the ISO 9001 certification processes and ITAP activities (offshore customers)

Involvement in internal/external audit processes

Handling Non-Conforming materials and products with ownership of medium / high level NCs through corrective and preventative measures

Monitoring performance in designated production area and working with Production Support Team to solve and implement improvement plans

Approve trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports

Requirements

Proficiency in English

Understands quality processes and reporting

Able to maintain focus and professional in a time-sensitive situation

Composite knowledge

Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Attention to detail is essential

Solid task management and problem-solving skills
