We are looking for an experienced E‑File ( E‑Akte )
Consultant / ECM Expert to support large-scale digitalization initiatives in a German public sector environment. The role focuses on consulting, process analysis and implementation support for electronic file management solutions, including E‑Akte, ECM/DMS and workflow-driven document management processes.
You will join an international project for a German public sector client, supporting digital transformation, optimisation of administrative processes and adoption of electronic document management solutions.
Your role
- Support implementation and rollout of E‑Akte / ECM solutions
- Analyse and optimise document management and administrative processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams
- Gather, structure and document business requirements
- Support workshops, stakeholder discussions and consulting activities
- Contribute to project planning, coordination and execution
