About the Opportunity
We are looking for an R&D; Thermodynamic
and Simulation Engineer to join projects in the home appliances sector.
As a Junior Engineer, you will be the focal point
for topics related to tumble dryer thermodynamics, hydraulic design, cycle
development, product testing, and validation. You will apply engineering
principles and develop an understanding of the physics governing complex
systems that affect tumble dryer dynamics, functionality, and performance. The
role also requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues
using critical thinking and engineering tools, including simulation-based
design and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
the definition of testing activities aimed at verifying and validating new
product developments.
- Apply
engineering knowledge across thermodynamics, hydraulics, dynamics, and
cycle development.
- Prepare
technical specifications throughout the product development process.
- Support
product testing and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot
and resolve system-level issues.
- Apply simulation-based
design methodologies and Six Sigma tools where appropriate.
Requirements
- Degree in
Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Knowledge
of thermodynamics, hydraulics, dynamics, and cycle development.
- Ability
to apply engineering principles to complex systems.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability
to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity
with simulation-based design tools.
- Knowledge
of Six Sigma methodologies is considered a plus.
- Good command
of English.

Contract Type:
To be defined based on the candidate's skills and
experience.
Salary:
Approximately €30,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL).
