As a Corporate Bank intern, you will support the Coverage team as well as Product Sales teams in managing and developing relationship with Italian corporate clients, leveraging the bank’s global network.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of banking products and services (Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Fx and rates hedging. Trust and Agency Services and Security Services) and assist with client facing activities, financial and credit analysis and internal administrative and business management activities.

Learning Objectives




- Attend client meetings/calls and assist in preparing documentation and follow up actions.
- Support in analyzing client’s financial statements, business models and industry trends.
- Prepare internal memos for a number of purposes: briefing, credit approvals, capital allocation forums and other committees.
- Assist the team in identifying potential business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing client presentations.
- Help in managing client queries and requests under the supervision of senior bankers.
- Work alongside various departments in Italy and abroad, such as credit and product teams, to support the execution of deals and ensure smooth client service.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and collaborate with colleagues across different functions and locations.
- Learn about relevant bank Policies and Process and operate in compliance with them.
