Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a quantitatively brilliant, commercially astute analyst to be the founder's "second brain" in data. You will sit at the centre of the business, see every data point that matters, and turn it into the insight that shapes decisions at the very top. This is not a reporting role, it is a thinking-partner role for someone who wants to understand how every part of the company works through its numbers,



and to influence where it goes next.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder: framing the questions that matter, building the models and queries to answer them, and translating messy, cross-functional data into sharp, commercial recommendations. Above all, we need someone with genuine business acumen — a person who understands how a company actually makes money and where its levers sit, and who reads the numbers as a story about the business rather than a spreadsheet. If you are equally at home understanding how the business works, writing complex SQL, prototyping with modern AI tooling, and explaining a P&L; implication in plain English, this role is built for you.

What you additionally need to know:

This is a remote role reporting directly to the Founders.
