Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Quality Applications strategy, ensuring digital solutions support business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Act as the strategic IT Business Partner for Global Quality and Manufacturing, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Lead demand management, business process management, and application lifecycle management for the global Quality application landscape.
- Drive global implementation and continuous improvement of Quality applications while ensuring compliance with GxP, IT security,



architecture, and lifecycle standards.
- Manage strategic application projects from planning through execution, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure service excellence through application governance, SLA management, vendor performance management, and operational support.
- Own CAPEX and OPEX planning, monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure measurable business value and return on investment.
- Promote harmonized global processes and application standards with a strong focus on user experience, business value, simplicity, and scalable digital transformation.

Your expertise and ideal skill set
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related disciplin
