Job description
As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Project Director in Milan.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading our EPC projects, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategic project management: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization,



contracts),
- Team coordination and leadership: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment,
- Operational monitoring and reporting: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees,
- Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements,
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project and representing the company to external partners,
- Contributing to the evolution of project management practices and supporting internal transformations.

Profile
With an electrical, or civil engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience managing EPC complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
