For the next season (spring/summer 2026), we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our La Terrazza Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on La Terrazza Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
- Take care of the mise en place;
- Support the Chef de Rang with service;




- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.

Requirements
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations;

Other requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
