Job Title: Area Sales Manager North Italy
Location: Cantù (CO)

We are looking for a professional with solid sales experience in the industrial machinery sector, capable of understanding customers’ production processes, developing long-term relationships, and leading complex, high-value-added negotiations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, managing the customer portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities, contributing to market growth and the achievement of company objectives.

Residence in Northern Italy is required, as well as a willingness to travel periodically to the company’s offices in Cantù (CO) and Levico Terme (TN).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen BLM GROUP’s presence in the assigned territory
- Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities
- Promote high-tech industrial solutions and systems to customers and prospects
- Analyze market needs and propose solutions aligned with clients’ production requirements




- Define and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to contract negotiations
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Service, and Technical Sales departments to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Monitor the market and the competition, contributing to the future development of the company’s product offerings.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales roles at companies that manufacture industrial machinery or equipment
