Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Verification of Customer & AA requirements on parts being shipped, through analysis of POs, drawings, production routers, applicable specifications, Customer/Engineering/Authorities concessions/service bulletins
- Visual and dimensional reverification on the parts to be certified, in collaboration with Overinspection Area
- First point of contact with Materials, Logistic and Shipment Departments for prioritization of shipping lists
- Direct point of contact for Quality Engineers and Customer Quality engineers for implementation of Specific Customer
- Requirements during goods certification for shipment

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or technical-scientific High School Diploma
- Strong and proven experience in Quality/Inspection and Certification, ideally within the aerospace industry, although relevant experience from other sectors will be considered
- Knowledge about the Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies related to product/ parts to be delivered




- Ability to read engineering drawings, POs and specifications and capacity to synthesize requirements
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Availability to cover indiscriminately central, 1st and 2nd shifts, as well as giving overtime coverage when necessary
- Italian fluent and good English knowledge
- Work visa in accordance with local regulation

Desired Characteristics
- Knowledge of the applicable parts of the aeronautical regulations, in particular PART 21 Subpart G, in order to be able to carry out correctly the EASA F1 release
- DPRV qualification (SAE AS13001)
- SAP and APICE tools knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with Business Functions, Customer and Regulatory bodies
- Availability to undertake business travel, as required
