Job Description:

Are you ready to lead the development of the heart of Allegro’s platform? We are looking for a Product Manager to spearhead the vision and execution for our main search engine. In this critical role, you will build both a technical and product roadmap shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team, creating a future, innovative search experience.

This is a mission-critical product area that operates 24/7 and constantly generates revenue for Allegro. You will be working on a system with a massive, unique scale that is incredibly hard to find anywhere else in Poland. Because reliable data serving from the search engine is absolutely vital for other platform areas - powering listings, recommendation systems, and extensive marketing campaigns - we aim to maintain a 100% SLA. This role sits at the perfect intersection of technology, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.





We are looking for people with:

- Data Proficiency & Evaluation Skills: The ability to independently acquire, query, and work with data to draw valuable insights and drive product decisions. This includes strong skills in defining, monitoring, and rigorously reviewing metrics, combined with a deep understanding of the difference between input measures (e.g., model quality) and output measures (e.g., business conversion).
- DS/ML Background: Previous experience or a strong interest in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning is highly welcomed.
