Job Summary
The primary role of the Field Technician is to provide the initial response to leads from property owners. This includes calling, scheduling & meeting with property owners to assess the damage, while serving as the go-between the prospective client and UWRG branch management.



The Field Technician helps the customer understand the next steps needed to begin the restoration process The Lead Technician designs, implements and supervises the extraction, drying, demolition and cleaning processes according to the IICRC S500 standard of care.
Technicians are the heart and soul of UWRG, representing our company to customers and insurance representatives in the field. A successful Technician possesses a desire to care for our customers and to restore their property to a condition better than it was prior to their accidents.
