Werden Sie Teil eines internationalen Projekts für einen Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Sektor in Deutschland und unterstützen Sie groß angelegte Digitalisierungsinitiativen im Bereich elektronisches Dokumentenmanagement (E‑Akte).

Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung bzw. Unterstützung bei Implementierung und Rollout von E‑Akte / ECM‑Lösungen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Dokumentenprozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen bei Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten
- Mitwirkung bei Change‑Management und User Adoption
- Erstellung von Dokumentation und Schulungsunterlagen

Anforderungen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in ECM / DMS Projekten
- Erfahrung mit Systemen wie E‑Akte, Fabasoft, SharePoint, OpenText, Alfresco oder M‑Files
- Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse und -optimierung (BPMN von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in Implementierungs- oder Rollout-Projekten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management Fähigkeiten
