- Licensure: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in Pennsylvania.
- Certification: Valid CPR/BLS Certification. Must be hands-on training and meet AHA Guidelines.
- Health Requirements: Must provide a Physician/CRNP-signed physical dated within the past 6 months that states you are free from communicable diseases and cleared to perform job duties; 2-Step TB or comparable TB documentation dated within the past 6 months; and COVID-19 vaccination documentation or ability to complete a religious exemption form.
- Background: Must be able to pass a Pennsylvania Criminal History Background Check.



Applicants who have not lived continuously in Pennsylvania for the past two years must complete and pay for the required FBI fingerprint-based background check.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and communication regarding scheduled shifts.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in condition, emergencies, and facility needs.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Nursing Oversight: Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate care delivery to meet patient needs within the scope of the Practical Nurse Act of Pennsylvania.
- Clinical Care: Administer medications, injections, and wound care dressings according to provider orders and facility policies.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Observe, evaluate, and immediately report changes in patient symptoms, conditions, or reactions to treatments.
