As a Demand Planner, you will ensure a smooth flow of information and products between Sales, Category Marketing, and our factories. Your role is to maintain accurate forecasts, support supply planning, and provide insights that help make effective planning and inventory decisions. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring forecast accuracy, healthy stock levels, efficient allocation, and timely deliveries.
What You’ll Do
- Lead weekly demand review meetings.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, long‑term projections, promotion plans, S&OP; files, and monthly closure estimates.
- Manage long-term forecasting processes and support Sales on Bottom-Up forecast creation.
- Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): SFA, LT, WOS, COI.
- Analyze sell-out trends on bot
