About the role

As Sr. Manager Quality Engineer for Power Modules (m/f/d), you will build and manage a team of product quality engineers that supports the lifecycle for all quality aspects of Power Module products equipped with SiC, GaN and IGBT. You will play a crucial role in driving and designing the quality management strategies, including the qualification approach and execution, for next-generation power module products on SiC and GaN technologies for industrial and automotive applications, collaborating with R&D; and cross-functional teams across the entire product development lifecycle (development, manufacturing, quality, test, and applications). The ideal candidate is expected to step into the game and display his/her excellent quality mindset to help drive our innovations beyond industry standards. We are looking for a highly motivated leader with electronics engineering experience in the quality of Power Modules, for a talented and ambitious individual who is eager to grow into the organization in a fast-paced environment in which performance is never taken for granted.





This is your new job:
- Support and drive the release of Power Module products in SiC, GaN, IGBT
- Manage actively customer requirements including product documentation
- Ensure product quality performance during development and after release
- Ensure compliance, qualification standards and policies, data analysis, risk and change management
- Be the voice of the customer, drive quality requirements and customer expectations related to power module product qualification and release as well as quality assurance and controls into the organization, considering the challenges of power modules design with SiC and GaN.
