Contract & Compensation
- Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement – Level C3
- Gross monthly salary: €2,211.43
- Daily travel allowance: €12.99 per working day (approximately €285.78/month)
- Estimated net monthly salary: approximately €1,785
- 13 salary payments per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Metal Carpentry Installer for the installation of iron structures and medium-light metalwork. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a high level of autonomy,



and experience working on construction and installation sites.

Most installation projects are located near the company headquarters, with daily return in the evening.

Key Responsibilities
- Install iron structures and medium-light metal carpentry systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Work closely with the technical/design office and workshop production team
- Coordinate on-site activities when required
- Act as a point of reference between the construction site, technical office, and client/site management
- Ensure work is completed according to company procedures and safety standards
- Support and collaborate with small installation teams on-site

Requirements
- Proven experience in metal carpentry installation or similar roles
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings and installation plans
- Good organizational and communication skil
