Responsibilities and Qualifications

Ensures that the painting production process is safe, stable, and efficient, and that it complies with the required quality standards, while optimizing the line’s performance, timing, and costs.

What Awaits You

The Process Engineer:
- Establishes, monitors, and optimizes the process parameters across the various stages of the painting process
- Analyzes data and performance indicators (e.g., OEE, yield, productivity, rework, etc.)
- Assesses and identifies potential causes of inefficiencies
- Ensures the quality of the painted product by addressing recurring defects
- Identifies appropriate corrective actions for each situation in collaboration with Production and Quality
- Leads process improvement projects aimed, for example, at reducing operating costs or process variability, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
