We're looking for a Head of UA to drive the expansion of Whatwapp’s games, driving a steady influx of high-quality users while maximizing profitability. Reporting directly to the CEOs, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth leader with strong UA expertise and a strategic mindset, capable of scaling mobile games internationally—especially in the US market. They thrive at the intersection of marketing and product,



leveraging a holistic growth strategy that goes beyond traditional UA.

? Your quest will be to:
- Define and execute a sustainable growth strategy to expand Whatwapp’s games, balancing user volume and quality to maximize profitability.
- Lead and scale the UA team, hiring and mentoring top talent while fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture.
- Mentor the creative team, ensuring data-driven ad creative development that resonates with target audiences and enhances campaign performance.
- Develop and refine UA strategies to hit and exceed key ROAS and CPA benchmarks, ensuring optimal budget allocation and efficiency.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions, working closely with Product, Creative, and Data teams to align growth efforts with game design and monetization.
- Own the revenue forecast and marketing spend by ensuring deep KPI ownership across UA cost, revenue, ROAS,
