Primary Purpose:
Manager III, SAP Basis Administration is responsible for leading the team that manages SAP Basis, SAP technical platform operations, SAP environment management, and transport governance in support of the Retail Spine transformation initiative a business led, IT enabled modernization designed to strengthen competitiveness, enhance operational efficiency, and enable the future state operating model. This role ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of SAP technical landscapes across S/4HANA, HANA DB, integration layers, and Cloud ALM/SAP Operations. The Manager III partners closely Architecture, a Systems Integrator (SI),



and third party technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient SAP operations that support mission critical Retail Spine program milestones.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the relationship with SAP for all RISE with SAP operational, and service delivery obligations, acting as the primary internal accountable owner for cloud service performance, SLA governance, and escalation management.
Manage the end-to-end provisioning of SAP environments within the RISE with SAP framework, including coordinating system builds, tenant provisioning, and landscape extensions with SAP ensuring environments are delivered to specification, on schedule, and aligned to program milestones.
Oversee SAP Basis administration across all Retail Spine landscapes, including system performance management, kernel and patch lifecycle, transport management, monitoring, tuning, and technical troubleshooting within the constraints and shared respon
