We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring Sales Group Manager to lead our sales team in Rome, Italy, working with our leading Networking Solutions devices portfolio.

This role is for a leader who enjoys developing people, building high-performing sales teams, and driving business growth beyond existing markets. You will have the opportunity to shape the team's direction, expand into new business verticals, introduce new Teltonika solutions to customers, and help sales representatives reach their full potential.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

We are a family‑owned Lithuanian company with a strong international growth mindset and a clear ambition to become a global leader in the IoT field.

At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the IoT sector





Proven ability to acquire strategic customers and develop long‑term business relationships.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and successfully introduce innovative solutions to customers.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for customer meetings, events or internal training.

Valid Italian driving licence.

Establish and develop Teltonika's B2B sales representatives group in Rome location.

Act as a hands‑on player coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements.

Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.

Support complex negotiations with key customers and participate in important business meetings when needed.

Organize customer visits, business trips, exhibitions, and industry events together with your team.

Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
