About this Role
The Senior Investment Officer for the Agri-Business Capital Fund (ABC Fund) plays a pivotal role in IFAD’s NSO investment strategy. Working under the Lead Investment Officer’s direct supervision,



the incumbent provides expert guidance in private sector investments, focusing on ABC-related activities. This position involves collaborating with regional teams and applying technical expertise at all project stages. The role supports IFAD’s mission by integrating private sector investment perspectives into country programs and facilitating non-sovereign operations. The incumbent will contribute to knowledge management, partnership building, and resource mobilization, ensuring IFAD’s representation in international forums, and driving the implementation of private sector operational strategies.
