- Architect and scale global ecosystem programs and competitive rebate structures that accelerate net-new SaaS bookings and open untapped market segments.
- Modernize the global partner framework, designing world‑class enablement, certification, and deal registration programs to boost partner profitability.
- Spearhead strategic Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation to ensure maximum marketing ROI and direct alignment with core growth initiatives.
- Evolve two-tier distribution models while actively recruiting next‑generation AECO partners, including cloud-native integrators, and Building information Modeling (BIM) consultants.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to elevate customer success practices, optimizing auto‑renewals and driving industry‑leading retention rates.
