You will have full regional accountability for demand planning across all product lines and all manufacturing sites, ensuring that customer demand signals are translated into reliable supply plans and that our operations are always one step ahead.Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time, and ensure adherence to inventory and supply plans. You will work in close coordination with the planners within each of our manufacturing units, who remain locally embedded, ensuring alignment between regional demand visibility and site-level execution.This is a newly created role,



sitting within the Operations function and reporting to the Head of Operations. It is a unique opportunity to shape the demand planning process from the ground up and make a direct impact on our ability to serve customers across the EMEA region.This role contributes to the ELIP Business Line in the EMEA region. Main stakeholders are site planners, site Operations Managers, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Manager, Distribution Center and the BL EMEA Leadership Team.The work model for this role is: onsite/hybrid.You will be mainly accountable for:Regional Demand Planning Ownership: Own and lead the end-to-end demand planning process for the full ELIP EMEA portfolio across all product lines and manufacturing sites.
