We are seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP FICO Consultant to join an SAP Operations team supporting an S/4HANA finance landscape. The role focuses on post-go-live stability, operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. The consultant will engage directly with business users and technical teams to deliver reliable, fit-for-purpose solutions.Key responsibilities* Provide day-to-day operational and post-go-live support for SAP FI and CO in an S/4HANA environment.* Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions.* Resolve incidents, service requests,



and production issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.* Support FI processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial close activities.* Support CO processes such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and profitability reporting as applicable.* Provide operational support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing cycles.* Translate business requirements into SAP configuration and functional solutions; work closely with finance stakeholders.* Configure and enhance FICO functionality in line with solution standards and governance.* Manage integrations between FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PS, etc.) and collaborate with technical teams to resolve cross-functional issues.* Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, and forms
