The Role:

We are seeking a seeking a Patent Attorney with a technical background in mechatronics, to join their team in Milan.
The successful candidate with have a degree in Engineering or other related scientific disciplines,



experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting in Italy and abroad, and experience drafting patentability, validity, and FTO opinions. xbvzest
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related scientific faculties
High written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Ability to work in a team and independently but collaboratively
Experience using specialised databases and collaborating with international correspondents is an advantage.
