based on active listening and addressing customer expectations;Prioritize excellence in outlet performance and results through the analysis of clear KPIs and the implementation of action plans aimed at achieving ambitious targets;Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the Maison's guidelines;Continuously enhance within the teams the understanding of the brand's history and values, as well as the ability to naturally promote collections and product features;Create a stimulating work environment where trust and respect for diversity are valued;Empower and inspire teams by recognizing individual strengths and suggesting solutions for continuous improvement;Lead the team to achieve shared objectives by clearly identifying priorities, tasks, and defining roles and responsibilities.Qualifications3-5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury, or retail organizations; experience in an Outlet environment is a plus;Proven excellence in customer service skills;Full professional proficiency in French; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);Digital mindset, with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools."Moncler Group is
