YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, distribution, licensing and partnership contracts including IP provisionsProvide legal advice on legal risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal stakeholders across the organizationEnsure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all contractual relationshipsManage contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementationSupport business development and commercial initiatives with strategic legal guidance and trainingIdentify and mitigate contractual risksMaintain templates and playbooksYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in LawPrevious years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney-at-lawStrong understanding of commercial (sales and after sales) contracts in a technical environment, preferable in the electro engineering fieldExperience in drafting,
