? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Hardware Support Technician to provide onsite hardware, desktop, and end-user support in Milan.

✅ Key Requirements

2–3 years of experience in IT, Desktop, or Hardware Support

Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices

Hardware break/fix and deskside support experience

Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting

Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VLAN

Experience with IT asset, inventory, and spare-parts management

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to support end users, VIP users, and local technical teams

Good English communication skills





Italian language proficiency at B2 level or above

?️ Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite hardware break/fix and deskside support

Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile devices

Perform hardware installations, changes, and asset tagging

Manage onsite spare equipment and hardware inventory

Coordinate hardware repairs with external suppliers

Maintain regular inventory and equipment reports

Follow established IT support, escalation, and service management processes
