The Opportunity
This is not a traditional product management role.
As Senior Service Development Manager - Tax & Customs Anti-Fraud , you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing and expanding SGS' portfolio of anti-fraud, customs modernization and revenue assurance solutions.




You will work at the intersection of:
- Government transformation
- Tax and customs administration
- Trade facilitation
- Technology-enabled services
- Business development
- International public-sector partnerships

You will collaborate with senior leaders, government officials, technology providers and commercial teams across multiple regions, with a strong focus on emerging markets and Africa.
What You Will Be Doing
Drive Global Service Growth
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative solutions addressing government challenges.
- Build compelling business cases and support investment decisions for new products and services.
- Drive growth initiatives across existing and new international markets.

Develop Innovative Government Solutions
Support the development and commercialization of services related to:
