Within the CHIEF ENGINEERING NACELLE & CIVIL PROGRAMS Area, we are looking for a Customer Support & Project Coordinator for our Venegono Superiore (VA) site.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Specialized technical support for Customer Support activities for Nacelles programs;
- Management of in-service events and support for AOG activities with availability and response according to Customer Support Agreements;
- Technical analysis of problems encountered on fleets in operation;
- Preparation and issuance of Repair Instructions, Technical Instructions, NTOs, and related technical documentation;
- Coordination of data collection and information necessary for defining technical provisions;
