The Legal Counsel IP and Technology-related Contracts is responsible for managing and safeguarding Datwyler’s intellectual property (IP) across a wide range of commercial, R&D; and technology-driven activities. This role provides end-to-end contract support, ensures compliance with applicable legal frameworks, and enables strategic business partnerships through well-structured agreements and risk-informed decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end legal reviews of complex IP, supply, R&D;, and technology agreements from initial draft to final execution. Protect corporate intellectual property during commercial transactions, ensuring full legal compliance and alignment with business goals. Drive the implementation and optimization of legal-tech tools, including automated NDA workflows and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. Structure, draft, and negotiate high-value licensing agree
