The Electronics team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. - Conducting in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for operations growth.
- Monitoring and evaluating key initiatives, including seller missions, live shopping sessions, and advertising revenue, to support merchant success and overall platform objectives.

Affiliate and Creator Engagement:
- Managing affiliate projects to support creator events, campaign execution, and product matchmaking with selected creators.
- Assisting in the design and execution of affiliate campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

Category & Product Development:
- Collaborating with the AM Team to identify emerging hero products and drive them toward viral
