Job Description
- Support the implementation of local promotion activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, HQ) on activities such as promotional planning (calendar and best promo fit), and performance monitoring.
- Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Strategy and commercial team to craft the country commercial strategy.
- Support on ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Partner Ads and Strategy teams
- Ensure all tools created are scalable and up-to-date;
- Assist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data, and simplify concepts to the audience's needs;
- Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approaches;
Mandatory documentation: DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità). Must be obtained at least 1 month before the start date, can be obtained by downloading it on MyAnpal if they have Government Digital Identity (SPID).
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering, Maths or any related field;
- Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Planning and Prioritization is a must.
- SQL knowledge, AI knowledge is a plus
- Hands-on attitude: You’ll have to roll up your sleeves
- Proficiency in English
