/en/join-us/ INTERNSHIP - LEAN PROCESS ENGINEERING The internship will be within the Process Engineering team, whose mission is to ensure the budget defined performance in terms of method, plant efficiency, technological choice, but also ensure performance in terms of timing and costs of technologies implementation linked with new product or new processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Development and industrialization of new processes in connection with the entry of new products, integrating with the business functions and according to the logics EPS/WCM, defining layout, equipment, work cycles, technologies to be used in order to maximizing safety, quality and efficiency. Production cycles:



analyses and plan production process, taking care of determining best cycle operating development and determining times to be assigned to each operation for each production unit. Estimate cycle times considering variations to existing products. Define new work cycles for new products starting analysis from the old ones. Layout: determine assembly line, workstation and production machinery layout according to works phases for each operator on each production unit. Process improvement: contribute to implementation of corrective actions / improvement projects of process/product in terms of productivity, quality, functionality, safety and costs. Safety: verify in cycle and layout development phases that individual protection devices and plant safety devices are used as required by regulations (also as identified by other functions).
