Our Pathways of the Future Graduate Program produces professionals capable of meeting international challenges in a wide range of Supply Chain matters. This 20-months program consists of rotational assignments in all our main departments combined with online and on-the-job training, in operations, customer service, sales and products depts.
To be successful in this role, we will offer you a wide range of learning and training opportunities and tools. As an example, you will attend the global onboarding plan and will be assigned a buddy that will accompany you throughout the journey.
You will also undertake a cross-departmental, mission-based project, allowing you to build people-related and functional skills.
