ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will join the Training and Change Management team, and will be
involved in the following activities:
- Design and development of Ddigital and GenAI-based solutions development: design of digital tools and generative AI-based solutions that enhance to support financial and wealth advisory processes for financial intermediaries., Ccontributeting to the definition of functional requirements, the drafting and optimization of content, and the creation of knowledge bases for advanced advisory platforms.
- Participation in cConsulting and training projects: participate in initiatives aimed at transforming the service models of financial intermediaries. ,



cCollaborateing with dedicated multidisciplinary teams in theto design of training paths and learning solutions that foster the adoption of new tools technology and improveenhance the effectiveness of advisory activities.
- On-site or remote client support at client premises: provide support during project phases (during the analysis, design, and implementation) phases of training projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operationaling models, and competency development strategies. Supporting Help intermediaries in promoteing new innovative approaches to learning and collaboration.
- Digital Learning Content Creation: design and produce digital learning assets and multimedia content to facilitate the adoption of new solutions and promote specialized skills within financial advisory teams
- Design and production of digital learning objects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields, with a solid f
