- Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories.
- Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Drive performance via KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain safety, policy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills within the team.
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize coverage.
- In-depth knowledge of Vertiv and legacy equipment
