Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you lead commercial management for Microsoft’s Milan-area data center construction projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned. You will drive financial risk management, contract administration, and governance across projects in the region. The position offers exposure to large-scale, multi-year datacenter builds within a high-growth EPC environment. You’ll impact funding decisions, value engineering, and ongoing process improvements while supporting regional and global objectives.

- Lead commercial management of regional data center construction projects, coordinating with design, engineering, construction, finance, scheduling and controls teams
- Provide commercial leadership across the project lifecycle, managing risks, disputes and contractual matters
- Oversee contract administration activities including payments, change orders, reviews,



invoicing and final accounts
- Guide Quantity Surveying and commercial resources for the regional portfolio
- Deliver commercial governance and reporting for regional and EMEA leadership
- Support design development, value engineering, site selection, constructability reviews and continuous improvement of commercial processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity surveying, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Experience leading construction projects
- Experience with construction-phase commercial delivery including procurement, change management, subcontractor cost review, pay apps, final accounts
- Experience delivering on projects with build values in excess of $500M
- Understanding of the full construction lifecycle
