Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you drive AI-driven client engagements, shaping strategies and delivering innovative technology solutions. You’ll partner with clients to translate business objectives into practical AI roadmaps and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute. You’ll apply product ownership practices to steer delivery across the lifecycle while growing the AI Advisory practice. - Support client engagements from discovery through implementation to leverage AI, ML, analytics, and emerging tech to meet business goals
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical AI solutions
- Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations aligned with client priorities
- Apply product management/ownership to define roadmaps, backlogs,



and feature delivery during software development
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery while balancing priorities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive delivery and continuous improvement
- Maintain understanding of AI tech, product management frameworks, and market trends
- Identify risks, communicate recommendations, and support timely delivery
- Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and solution discussions
- Coach and mentor staff while fostering an innovative team culture
- Collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines for integrated client solutions
- Flexibility for extended hours or travel as needed
- 6-8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation with client-facing experience
- 3+ years of experience with data platforms, ML, AI, or advanced analytics
