Why we are hiringWe are looking for someone to own the social relationship between Venice and its most engaged users, the people who show up in our Discord, Reddit, X, and at hackathons. You are the heart and soul of the Venice community: you curate the vibe, own the voice, and run our day-to-day social presence, acting as the feedback loop between the community and the product team. You turn passive users into advocates and holders into participants. This is a build role, not a moderation role.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing
Compensation: $100,000-120,000 + VVV + equity

- Community Channels and Social Presence.
