When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a Sales Executive you’ll develop and manage plans to guide sales efforts across all market segments, with a focus on Groups, Meetings & Events, and provide support to the Director of Sales in implementing sales strategies and action plans when required.
Generate new business leads: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams
~ Grow customer accounts: Build relationships with existing customers and identify and pursue new business opportunities
~ Negotiate and contract effectively: Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies
~ Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs
~ Provide visibility into sales efforts: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership




~ Handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction Qualifications & Experience
~1-3 years experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel experience preferred)
~ Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
~ Calm personality, well-organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team
~ Professional appearance
