Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Services Program Manager to join our Consulting Services team. In this key role, you will drive the successful execution of electronic design services projects. We’re looking for a leader with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through clear, consistent delivery and strategic project management. You’ll collaborate across account teams and technical leadership to identify opportunities, scope projects accurately, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities




- Collaborate strategically with account teams and technical leads to drive successful sales campaigns and identify new business opportunities within the EDA/PCB design services space.
- Capture customer objectives and requirements using structured intake forms and comprehensive discovery processes.
- Lead the technical scoping process with assigned technical leads, translating customer requirements into detailed project effort estimates and compelling project proposals.
- Develop, maintain, and adapt comprehensive project plans—including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables—using industry-standard project management tools.
- Oversee and drive project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and customer expectations while proactively managing dependencies and roadblocks.
- Implement robust project governance frameworks, track key performance indicators, and provide clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
