This Job is not about selling fresh fruits . This job is about selling fruit and vegetable powders as ingredients to food producers. Products are made from Freeze Drying, Air Drying, Vacuum Drying, Spray Drying etc Location: Northern Italy. Purpose: To drive sales and marketing efforts of our dehydrated fruits and vegetables in Europe. To facilitate development of new products and build Go-To Market strategies for all products based on a deep understanding of market dynamics. European Commercial Director for Fruits and Vegetables Powder m/f Responsibilities litiesAnalyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and ca tegory. Create and develop a strategic long term plan for the development of the ca tegory. Develop a Go-To-Market strategy for new pr oducts. Build and drive relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and profitability across regions and pr oducts. Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product cate gories. Create forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability of inv entory.



Manage budget development and revenue for the ca tegory. Develop strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams. Create strategy for the dehydrated category for us gl obally. Ensure product availability at all times through accurate forecasting tech icationsDegree in Food Technology and if poss ible MBA. Fluent in English and if possible Experience red SkillsProven Sales and marketing experience in Food & Flavour industry internationally in a similar or ganisation. Experienced in Food Ingredient s industry. Technica l exposure. Detailed understanding of product development and management with a good grasp on Go-To-Market strategies. Must have at least 7 years of category / product management experience. Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.
