JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Production Quality is responsible for overseeing and driving
product quality across production operations. This role ensures continuous
improvement through data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and
standardized processes to deliver high-quality products and customer
satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead production quality performance and drive continuous improvement across
operations.




* Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends and implement
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and process controls.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and
enhance processes.
* Manage new product site transfer process and new product introduction,
collaborate with cross-function team to secure the new product quality.
* Manage customer quality issues, audits, and RMA feedback to ensure timely
resolution and satisfaction.
* Oversee supplier quality, incoming quality control (IQC), and equipment
calibration compliance.
* Monitor field product quality and drive global feedback into improvement
actions.
* Lead, develop, and manage the quality team to achieve operational excellence.
