About the Role:

Reporting into the Director of Bars, you will be responsible for ensuring
exceptional service, creating memorable dining experiences, and offering
attentive, polished and intuitive care to our guests at Bad Dandolo, the hotel’s
historic Venetian lounge of Hotel Danieli. You will support the Chef de Bar in
delivering a refined and expertly orchestrated service, assisting with food
delivery, table set‑up, clearing and resetting, and ensuring that all equipment
— china, glassware, and silver — is handled with impeccable care. You will be
highly visible in the dining room, anticipating guest needs and elevating each
